Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We aim to offer products that are without error and your satisfaction in these products are important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via download we generally do not offer refunds.
Requests for a refund made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis. These will be issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 30 days of your original purchase. In such cases, any requests for a refund must be sent to matoolshelp(at)gmail(dot)com.
