GridMAster

GridMAster is a suite of tools providing additional methods of selection grid manipulation that are not currently possible with the native console software. The tools all operate on the current selection of fixtures.

Key Features

Shape Selections

Generate circular, polygon, or star-shaped fixture selections using 3D or grid positions. Create complex, time-saving phaser layouts like "out from centre" or "round the clock" effects automatically.

Polygon and star options unlock more advanced patterns to suit creative show themes.

Stretch

Stretch selection grids across multiple fixture rows to maintain symmetry in phasers. Adjust the grid manually or let the plugin calculate the optimal size to perfectly align across X, Y, and Z axes.

Transpose

Move your selection grid freely across all three axes - X, Y, and Z - for greater spatial control than the native grid options.

Layout To Grid

Automatically create selection grids that mirror the layout of fixtures in your existing layout view for accurate spatial referencing.

Sub Selection

Isolate specific portions of your selection - such as the top third, centre group, or right side - using quantity or proportion filters across any axis.

Multi-Instance Tools

Navigate between parent fixtures and subfixtures while preserving grid structure. Offers more intuitive control than standard MA3 navigation tools.

Remove Gaps

Optimize your selection grid by compressing it to the smallest possible size while preserving the fixture relationships.

Revolve

Shift your selection start point without altering the selection order - ideal for re-timing symmetrical effects.

Invert

Instantly flip your selection inside out to experiment with alternative phaser starting points and symmetrical effects.

System Requirements

Once registered, GridMAster works on Console, OnPC, and OnMac MA3 software.

This plugin requires a USB stick license key. Each purchase allows registration on up to 2 USB sticks.

Current version: V1.2.3.1. This version requires MA3 software V2.0.0.0 or higher.
